Thai Pea Eggplants (Solanum torvum, mak-heua puang in Thai) are best served in rich curries or hot relishes when other flavors help soften their slight bitterness. They are approximately the size of green English sweet peas, growing in clusters of 10 to 15 baby eggplants, similar to a cherry tomato cluster.
High in fiber, potassium, Vitamin C, other proteins, and numerous health benefits associated with the pea eggplant. According to Wiki "extracts of the plant are reported to be useful in the treatment of hyperactivity, colds and cough, pimples, skin diseases...."
Planting Instructions:
1. Bury about 1/4" deep after the last frost and weather is getting warm
