Unreleased Prototype
This polish has a smoky blue or turquoise base and has either small flakes or large particle shimmer that shifts between pink/red to orange to yellow to green and even blue at extreme angles. It's a super shifty flake/pigment and the polish actually build to a full opacity in 2 to 3 coats.
