Black chiffon cape with arm holes/slits, turquoise and gold sparkles, an oversized band hood, snap front. Bat wing half circle shape. 52" long from shoulder to bottom of hem, about 70" at widest. Size large. But fits most. A couple of sparkles are missing, snaps could use replacing/securing, two very small holes at bottom back(see last 2 pics). Nearly undetectable when worn.
