In used condition. The coat is beautiful and warm. Missing one button. There is also a small slit inside the coat in the lining by the arm pit. Since is inside is not noticeable when using it. Smoke and pet free home. Hood with soft trims. Real pockets. This coat is in used condition with two flaws mentioned above that are very easy to fix. Size says 12 but runs extremely big so i will say it fits a 14/16.
