The disinfectable Medical Keyboard AK-C8112 in full layout is highly versatile in hygiene-sensitive areas and lives up to the high demands of frequent users in hospitals and medical practices. The waterproof silicone cover with an especially flat key profile can be sprayed, wiped, or even immersed in hospital-approved surface disinfectant. The ultra-flat key profile prevents microbial growth on contaminants and disinfectant residues in gaps. Depending on the hygienic requirements, the AK-C8112 is available with either a removable silicone cover that can be autoclaved for sterilization or a permanently installed membrane with an IP68 rating. The CleanFunction feature disables key input for cleaning, so you don't need to disconnect the keyboard. The AK-C8112 further features easy key orientation, light keystroke, and smooth tactile feedback. Paired with the optimized ergonomic design that prevents wrist strain, typing on the AK-C8112 is a silent, efficient and, overall, very comfortable experience. With the standard layout of 104 or 105 keys, the AK-C8112 combines all the advantages of a hygiene keyboard with the incomparable typing feel of a premium office keyboard.
