Child’s size S Bath Chair/System by Columbia Medical.Never used has just been in storage. I thought they forgot the straps but apparently that’s how it is supposed to be.
Specially made for special needs children but can be used by anyone. Made to withstand up to 100 lbs and a child of 40”. Also can include or not the additional base which raises the system higher out of the tub or shower and makes transfers easier. Only issue is there is no apparent locking mechanism that I can find to lock the two into place, but you may have better luck. As seen in photos positioning pads including as well. Chair itself can be locked and folded at many various angles. Special bacterial and fungal resistant ComfortMesh seat cover that is designed for sensitive skin. According to company website, additional supports (harness) can be added to product.
