Electronic dog training collar, basically a shock collar if needed for them stubborn little guys, this was on a shepherd size dog, there’s also a vibrator and a sound alert button on there also and various adjustments for the sounds and the shock, I got mine to more or less listen to the buzzing on his neck or the the beeping.
