Starting with a steel base, each item is hand-dipped in porcelain to build a lasting base cover and top-coat. Each Crow Canyon Home piece is tested individually by an independent laboratory to meet both FDA and California Food Safety regulations.

This mug should not be cleaned with abrasive cleaners, or cleaners with a "spot remover", as this could dull the enamelware. This item is very durable, but may chip in commercial environments. If chipped, this item is still fully functional, but should be properly dried to prevent rust. Even when chipped, this item is completely food safe, and can continue to be used in any setting.
