This is the GreenPan Electric Reversible Grill/Griddle. It has one flat side and one “griddle” side, to give any meat a nice sear and beautiful coloring. Also since it’s electric you can control the temperature easily to prevent over cooking of meats, plus no need to go out during the winter to barbecue in order to get the nice searing/markings this pan does it just as well. And as a plus it’s incredibly easy to take apart for easy cleaning. It also (in pictures is the black part) comes with a “drip/runoff” tray so little to no grease and fat stays in your food; so you can cook healthier, and still have great authentic tastes.
This is “Like New” condition just because it doesn’t have the original box since it was easier to store without. It was only used once.
