This item is from Gucci's highly popular 19-20 AW season, during Alessandro Michele's tenure.
It was a key item often featured in the season's visuals. The quilting uses printed fabrics with floral and bird patterns that evoke a vintage feel. I especially liked the loose zodiac (12 constellations) illustration on the back.
I actually purchased it but have only tried it on, so it's unused. It's a piece that's fun to think about how to style. You could wear it as an outer layer, or layer it under a coat, and the pink base would look great. If I take the salesperson's word for it, who said only a few pieces were imported to Japan, it's a rare item that you won't see on everyone.
I hope someone who enjoys expressing their individuality will wear it.
