I purchased this item online, the seller told me one month later Verizon will unlock it, but it is 3 months now still not unlocked, I contact Verizon said need the original owner to confirm, however, the seller no more responding, his account even deactivated now, this phone only can use WIFI, all APP are able to install and normally use, only thing is locked by Verizon, can not use other SIM, other than that, everything is same as a normal iPhone. Front and back are covered by protector.
