Kramer 482XL Audio Transcoder, B/U is an audio transcoder designed for use with balanced and unbalanced stereo audio signals. It will simultaneously convert balanced signals to unbalanced and vice versa. The unit features terminal block connectors and level (gain) control with independent left and right control. Moreover, it belongs to the Kramer TOOLS family of products and up to (3) of these units can be mounted side by side in 1U of a standard equipment rack when used in conjunction with the separately available RK-3T rack kit.

Balanced & Unbalanced Transcoding : Use this unit to simultaneously convert balanced stereo audio to unbalanced stereo audio or vice versa.

Gain : It offers level (gain) control with independent left and right control.

Kramer TOOLS : This amplifier belongs to the Kramer TOOLS family of products and up to (3) of these units can be mounted in 1U of rack space using an optional rack kit.
