This is the Source Dragon from LEGO Ninjago.
It appears to be mostly complete, but there seem to be some missing parts.
I'm not entirely sure, so I'm basing this on images from the internet and explanations of the differences between the left and right sides.
Does the head have flames?
Missing a claw on the right front leg.
Some parts missing from the right rear leg.
Are the right and left side parts different?
The right rear leg easily comes off.
The wings seem to be intact and in good condition.
Everything in the images is included.
I'm selling it at a low price, so please understand that there may be missing parts.
I will pack it in a cardboard box and ship it as is, but since it's made of blocks, it may come apart during transit.
Please be aware of this.
