A plastic food pusher is included to keep your hands free and clear of the blade. The stainless steel blade turns at 68 RPM and the suggested max run time is 10 minutes. And when it comes time to clean up, the slicer easily disassembles, including the easy-to-remove blade, making it simple to wipe down and store away until your next use. Please note that a cut-resistant glove should be worn when removing, cleaning, or handling the slicer blade.
