LORAC Mega Pro 3 Palette includes 32 (!) eyeshadows split across two finishes--matte and shimmer. The palette is an earthy take on neutrals; a little smokier, not quite as overtly warm-toned, and some colors have a subdued/muted quality to them. There are a few cooler-toned shades in the palette as well. I have found that LORAC mattes, while often silky and very soft, are powdery or dusty, which makes them harder to use in practice, as they'll sheer out, appear dry/dusty on the lid, or fade more readily. I think the matte formula used in this year's palette is better than last year's--it is not as prone to kicking up a ridiculous amount of product in the pan with the barest touch of a brush, but it is still a softer, dustier formula that benefits greatly from a primer for better adherence as well as longer wear.
