This is a Mason’s Ironstone covered ginger jar in the “Nabob” pattern. Mason’s, a well-known English pottery, established 1796. Made of patent Ironstone China. Vintage from mid-20th century (1960s–1970s). Pattern: Nabob a colourful oriental-inspired floral design featuring large peonies, chrysanthemums, and scroll motifs in red, green, yellow, and blue with a brown transfer outline. Rounded shape baluster-style jar with matching domed lid. Dimensions: W 10 x H 10.5 cm (included lid). Weight 300g. Condition: No chips or cracks. Please do not negotiate the price.
