Application/Instructions:

1. Slip the closed elastic loop onto the foot with the silicone facing away from the toes and the strap going back towards the heel on the outside of the foot.
2. Hold the strap in place and wrap the strap behind the ankle with the silicone against the skin.
3. Wrap the strap around the foot, making a figure 8.
4. Continue wrapping around the ankle.
5. Adjust the tightness of the strap and fasten at the desired compression level. Do not over tighten the strap.

Intended Use: Provide support to weak, injured, or arthritic ankle joints.
