You can use it alone or layer it. It's neither a powder nor a cream, but the fluffy, soufflé-like powder adheres tightly to the skin and prevents the glitter from falling off. The subdued base color blends with the skin and brings out the sparkle of the glitter and pearls.

How to use:
After applying base makeup to even out dull eyelids, take an appropriate amount of eyeshadow and apply it gently to your eyelids.
