Polder E307 Preprogrammed Cooking Thermometer

The preprogrammed thermometer comes with a 3-foot-long wire that does not interfere with the oven door so while the probe stays in the meat inside the oven, the digital readout sits on the countertop so that you can keep track of the inner temperature of the food that's cooking. In other words, you don't have to open the oven door to check on the progress of your roast.
