Pastel cards are great for using soft pastels on and good at preserving the picture when it's done. As seen in the accompanying pictures, three pages have some pastel markings already on them. Also, the pictures show each card has maintained its physical integrit with the exception of the first page, which has some minimal fraying (?) at the corners. It's possible that the markings can be lifted with a kneaded eraser and significantly minimized, but please judge for yourself.
