Sona PMT pack is a special offer pack of 30 Vitamin B6 50mg tablets and 30 Evening Primrose Oil 500mg capsules. Evening Primrose Oil provides a great source of Omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Sona Evening Primrose Oil is 10% GLA. Some studies have shown GLA and its by-products to promote healthy levels of immune factors, such as interleukin-1 beta and some types of T cells. Each capsule also contains 10 IU of Natural Vitamin E, an antioxidant that can contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, as well as normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system, the immune system, and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
