Recently bought this from someone else almost 2-3 months ago. They said they barely used it and that’s the same case for me but I also need the funds to pay off some bills. It is the Japanese version but it still works the same as the US version and it’s in English. It’s clean and there are no cracks. It doesn’t come with all the games that are shown in the pictures but it does come with the Super Mario Bros.U Deluxe game ONLY!
