When the seedlings are born don’t give them full sunlight (unless if you plant them outdoors) and instead give them indirect sunlight until the plant grows at least 6-10 inches long when that happens please plant them outdoors and give them full sun (also i would recommend to change into an 1 gallon - 5 gallon pot) and constantly water at least 1-3 days every week and in 110-150 days later your pepper plant will start producing peppers!
