The wall plate design features a locking mechanism, which can only be opened with a screwdriver to prevent curious children from reaching the internal wiring. The screwless toggle switch covers have two sizes available: standard size and mid-size. Mid-size wall plates cover a little more wall space than standard-size ones, which is perfect for covering up damage that may have happened during installation.
