I received this item as a gift, so I don't know when or where it was purchased.
It's very warm with just one layer, and it's convenient because it has many pockets!
It's a men's item, but women can of course wear it too!
There was boa lining on the hood, but I didn't use it, so it's not there.
The Velcro shows signs of wear.
