DIRECTIONS:
Apply gel liberally onto problem areas and massage well onto clean, dry skin. Focus on legs, arms, back, neck and shoulders avoiding the eyes and any sensitive or delicate areas. Rinse hands well with cool water after use. This product is not a shower gel. Apply gel and leave on for minimum 2 hours. Suitable for use by children 7 and up.
