Vintage handmade red sparkle ice skating dress/baton twirler costume. For teen or VERY small woman. Sparkly tinsel material with satin lining and gold sequin trim. Leotard with elastic at legs under skirt, zipper back, and hook and eye closure.. Good/fair vintage condition. Metal zipper still works. Has been folded and creased for several years and is stiff. A little bit of elastic in legs and hips, still feels supple without dry rot.
